2x 15 pushup + 15 squat + 15 situp
then:
tag, in teams of two perform:
800m uneven farmer carry @ 35 & 25 / oh keg carry
100m frog leap / bottom squat hold
100 burpee / flr
1,000m row / uneven oh db hold
2 rounds for time

all work done with one player in a hold while the other works, switch as needed to accomplish reps and distances.  post time to comments.
