    Jason, Colin, and Robert,
    I wanted to sincerely thank the 3 of you from the bottom of my heart. Your coaching, incredible kindness, and friendship was the only thing that helped me through what I found to be an exceptionally painful wod. The viper sucked tremendous strength from me today and left me feeling weak and pained.
    I am humble to understand my weaknesses. However, it is a day like today that I understand I have developed unconditional bonds at CFD.
